CEO & President

Shawny has nearly 20 years of healthcare experience and over the course of her career she has served in roles such as Executive VP of Business Development and Chief of Operations for inpatient and outpatient behavioral health hospitals and medical clinics.

In her role as the Chief Executive Officer at Lightshare Behavioral Wellness & Recovery, Shawny looks to continue serving our community and expanding access to care for those individuals and families who need it most. 

She works to build strong partnerships and collaborate with charitable donors who equally share a passion for the mission. Shawny seeks to provide greater opportunities for access to care, collaboration, and service delivery.

Tina Molick

Chief of Special Projects

As the VP of Finance and a revenue-focused leader, Tina’s expertise lies in developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue generation, optimize profitability, and drive sustainable growth.  With over 20 years in the Behavioral Healthcare industry, Tina is committed to driving innovation and creating opportunities for revenue expansion to continue serving our community.

Karina brings a wealth of experience and expertise and is a relentless advocate for those facing the challenges of substance abuse.

Director of Advancement & Communication

With over a decade of experience in behavioral health care, Sadi is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families through compassionate, evidence-based support. A proven leader, Sadi has a strong passion for guiding future professionals and advancing innovative solutions that strengthen care systems and communities. Beyond clinical and leadership roles, Sadi is deeply committed to philanthropy—working to improve advancement and communications strategies that expand access to resources, and foster community partnerships. Through this blend of behavioral health expertise, leadership, and philanthropic vision, Sadi continues to drive meaningful change for individuals and communities alike.

Brea Parris

Vice President of Project Management and Implementation

Brea has over 10 years of experience in project data management, and has developed a strong foundation in analyzing systems, optimizing processes, and turning data into meaningful strategies that drive organizational success. Now focused on project management and implementation within behavioral health care, she leads initiatives that improve access, coordination, and quality of care for individuals in need. By integrating data-driven decision-making with compassionate leadership, Brea ensures that programs are designed and executed to reduce barriers, enhance outcomes, and create more equitable behavioral health services for our community.
