Lightshare’s assessment center for those seeking services, crisis support, and guidance.

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm, and Wednesday and Friday 8:30 am-5:00pm assessment center for those seeking services, crisis support, and guidance. Clinician completes intervention services to assess the need of the individual and presents the best opportunity for those individual. Services included are interventions, biopsychosocial plans, case management, and some medication management services.
