Substance Overdose Services (SOS)

Provides intensive wrap-around/linkage services which include outpatient substance abuse, mental health treatment, detox, CSU, and MAT or residential.

Ongoing Recovery Peer and Care Coordination-the program has incidental funds for phones and bus passes.

The program consists of two teams: A Care Coordinator and a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist.
Sarasota County residents only, no fees
Program length: up to 1 year
